Job Summary:
The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, sales, and financial performance for the branch. Duties:

General Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a commercial vehicle to deliver goods to customers safely and efficiently. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to lift and move heavy packages, and a commitment to following a predetermined route.
Duties:
Safely operate a box truck or other commercial vehicle to transport goods to customers.
Load and unload pallets and packages using a pallet jack.
Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Rotate products to ensure customers are getting fresh products.
Move heavy packages using a pallet jack.
Ensure that all goods are delivered in good condition and that the delivery area is clean.

Objective: This position is responsible for managing phone calls, assisting truck drivers, and completing all necessary load documentation in the Shipping & Receiving office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls to the Shipping & Receiving office.
Direct truck drivers to loading and unloading destinations, assist with signing in and out, and ensure proper documentation before departure.
Update load and delivery information in the ERP system accurately and promptly.
Complete and file all required load documentation.
Send load shipment verification communications to the appropriate receiving parties.
Verify cross-docked materials from internal entities and ensure correct load assignments.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Follow safety protocols and perform duties as outlined in the Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
