After you or your employer has scheduled a pre-employment drug test to be completed. You will receive a confirmation email that reflects the date and time. 

• We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. 
• Acceptable forms of ID that you will need to bring are State ID, Driver's License or Passport.
• All test results will be issued to your employer or sent to your email.

Our state-of-the-art web-based program allows MedCoach to link to a nationwide network of services such as: Online authorizations, access to test results, reporting, and more.

MedCoach Health offers 5-panel and 10-panel drug screens within the parameters of applicable state and federal laws for non-regulated employment drug testing, including pre employment drug testing, random drug testing, post-accident drug testing, and reasonable suspicion drug testing.

"Chain of Custody" refers to the document or paper trail showing the seizure, custody, control, transfer, analysis, and disposition of physical and electronic evidence.

Test results are always kept private. With any positive reading results, the applicant will be sent to the closest laboratory partner to the applicant for re-screening with the results provided to Human Resources.

• Drug Screen Results can be achieved within 2 hours.
• Process Times will depend on the number of scheduled test to be completed at the time of arrival.

When a urine specimen is "dilute", it is possible that drugs in their system may not be detected. We recommend that an employer have a section in their drug testing policy stating that another specimen be collected as soon as possible with minimum advance notice.
