Yes, we offer return processing services. If a customer returns an order by shipping it back to us we will process the return and restock or dispose of the item depending on their policies and your preferences.

You can choose to have us provide return shipping labels for your customers. This offers convenience for both you and your customers; you won’t have to handle returns in-house, and customers can easily track the status of their return order. 

Third-party logistics (or 3PL) refers to the outsourcing of ecommerce logistics processes to a third party business, including inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment. 3PL providers allow ecommerce merchants to accomplish more, with the tools and infrastructure to automate retail order fulfillment and distribution.

Yes, we want your brand to shine through your shipping! We allow you to use custom packagings, such as custom boxes and inserts. Oftentimes, receiving a package is the first in-person experience a customer has with your brand, so branded packaging can make a big impression.

So what exactly happens at a 3PL’s ecommerse warehouse once a customer clicks “Submit order” on your online store? Let’s explore the entire process from start to finish.

• Receiving: we require clients to fill out a Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO) so that we know which products we will be receiving and how many units.
• E-Commerce Warehousing: Once we receive your inventory, we store your items in our fulfillment centers. Each SKU has a separate dedicated storage location, either on a shelf, in a bin, or on a pallet.
• Picking: We have sophisticated technology that integrates directly with your ecommerce platform or marketplace. These 3PL fulfillment software integrations bring orders, shipments, inventory tracking, order fulfillment and more together in one place to streamline the fulfillment process for more automated shipping.

When an order is sent to us, it is assigned to the warehouse picking team. The picker receives a picking list of the items, quantities, and storage locations at the facility to collect the ordered products from their respective locations.

• Packing: packing materials used will depend on your 3PL’s capabilities, your brand preferences, and the items being shipped.

Unbranded boxes, Bubble Mailers, Poly Bags, Packing Tape, Dunnage, Paper-based Dunnage

• Shipping: MedCoach Logistics 3PL is an asset based carrier we can distribute by Ground and Air Freight Forwarding. We also use carriers such as DHL, USPS, and UPS pick up orders from 3PL warehouses to ship. The carrier and shipping speed for each order depend on the 3PL’s partnerships and policies as well as the ship options offered by the client and selected by the end customer.

We cater to small, medium and large sized companies. Our warehouse maximum storage space is 25,000 sq ft at this time. We can reduce or expand your shelf space depending on your need.

• Freight pickup will usually not be on the same day that you book unless you contact us very early in the day. Typically we can request pickup time the following business day (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). 
• LTL Freight can be business to business, business to residence, residence to business or residence to residence. 
• Pricing is based on both the size and weight of your freight, accurate information is very important to avoid price changes. If you want to pay for an exclusive use vehicle that you can fill with your urgent freight we can provide dedicated freight services. It’s quicker than LTL and as a premium service costs more, but we’ll explain both. 
• LTL freight must either be secured to a pallet, crated, or be packed in rigid corrugated boxes. The trucking company must be able to load with a pallet jack, they will not hand load or hand offload. 
• Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed but based on normal conditions. Essentially all locations are covered. Typical transit times are 3-8 business days. Pickup, delivery and transit are Mon-Fri for most locations, more remote locations may have schedules that limit to 1,2 or 3 delivery days per week. 
• Pickup and delivery will be during normal business hours. We will provide you the date of pickup and you must print the Bill Of Lading for the driver. If you want pickup and delivery at specific times we can provide dedicated freight services.
• There is no ‘live tracking/updates’ for LTL freight. We will update when the freight reaches each terminal en route. For tracked freight we can assist via our dedicated freight services with tracking throughout.
