Yes, we offer return processing services. If a customer returns an order by shipping it back to us we will process the return and restock or dispose of the item depending on their policies and your preferences.

You can choose to have us provide return shipping labels for your customers. This offers convenience for both you and your customers; you won’t have to handle returns in-house, and customers can easily track the status of their return order. 

Yes, we want your brand to shine through your shipping! We allow you to use custom packagings, such as custom boxes and inserts. Oftentimes, receiving a package is the first in-person experience a customer has with your brand, so branded packaging can make a big impression.

• Freight pickup will usually not be on the same day that you book unless you contact us very early in the day. Typically we can request pickup time the following business day (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). 
• LTL Freight can be business to business, business to residence, residence to business or residence to residence. 
• Pricing is based on both the size and weight of your freight, accurate information is very important to avoid price changes. If you want to pay for an exclusive use vehicle that you can fill with your urgent freight we can provide dedicated freight services. It’s quicker than LTL and as a premium service costs more, but we’ll explain both. 
• LTL freight must either be secured to a pallet, crated, or be packed in rigid corrugated boxes. The trucking company must be able to load with a pallet jack, they will not hand load or hand offload. 
• Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed but based on normal conditions. Essentially all locations are covered. Typical transit times are 3-8 business days. Pickup, delivery and transit are Mon-Fri for most locations, more remote locations may have schedules that limit to 1,2 or 3 delivery days per week. 
• Pickup and delivery will be during normal business hours. We will provide you the date of pickup and you must print the Bill Of Lading for the driver. If you want pickup and delivery at specific times we can provide dedicated freight services.
• There is no ‘live tracking/updates’ for LTL freight. We will update when the freight reaches each terminal en route. For tracked freight we can assist via our dedicated freight services with tracking throughout.
